Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 5 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. lard
- 1 cup milk
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in the butter and lard until they are about the size of peas. Mix in the milk.
Roll out on floured surface and cut with a round cookie cutter (or just use a drinking glass). Bake on a cookie sheet at 425oF for 12 -15 minutes.
