Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pastry
Use a 9" pie tin. Line bottom with pastry.
Mix all ingredients (except pastry) until smooth. Pour into pie tin and bake for 15 minutes at 425oF oven. Lower temperature to 350oF and bake 35 minutes until pumpkin is firm.
Serve with whipped cream. Yum yum yum.
